Thank you to everyone who showed support this year, and for all the lovely folks I had the pleasure to meet through the B&H Openhouse May Festival. This time of year is oddly difficult for me, in terms of mental health and happiness. No less challenging for heatwaves! Faith in ideas wains, productivity slumps, and I dig into alternative methods of coping outside of visual art making. This month, I have written relentlessly and started to form a poetic voice. I hope it continues - I can never tell when something is a positive new direction or temporary fixation. I set up a WhatsApp group for anyone interested to receive writing and new artwork updates directly to their messages. And once I have a few more signups, I'll send out the same information via email. I don't think the WA group will gain traction. But send me an email, and I'll send you things back. That's how she goes.
Anyway, hope yr grand.
